Stomach pain-natural remedies

Stress, coffee in large quantities, smoking, alcohol, fast food all this affects our stomach and it’s only a matter of time when the stomach will be hurt. Fortunately, we are surrounded by natural remedies that can save the health of the digestive system and save us from stomach pain. Most of the pain has no serious consequences but if you are allergic to some ingredients wich contained in natural remedies or have some other health problems addition with stomach pain, call your doctor.

Natural remedies for stomach pain:


Just squeeze half a lemon into a mug of warm water you can add 1/2 tsp of natural honey.

Salt water

One cup of warm water with a teaspoon of salt is all you need. For best results, drink it as quickly as possible; however, I wouldn’t recommend this if you have other health issues, such as high blood pressure.

Baking Soda

Baking soda is good for bad stomach ache. Add a teaspoon of baking soda in 1 cup of warm water and drink it.

Apple cider vinegar

Pour few teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water, and drink it. It is recommended to drink this mixture before you have your meal so that it absorbs the nutrientsi in this way the  stomach pain will disappear faster.

Fresh egg whites

it is necessary that you chew fresh egg whites a few minutes, in contact with your saliva will create a substance that, when swallowed sheathe the walls of your stomach. Maybe this method seems a bit nasty but it helps against stomach pain.

Flax seeds

One tablespoon of flax seed dip in 200 ml of water. Leave seed in the water for 150 minutes, until it swells then pour the remaining water.

Flax seeds take 2 times a day before meals and so a few days. (1 tsp)

Cabbage juice for stomach pain

Put fresh head of cabbage in a blender. Shredded cabbage squeeze to get the juice.

Cabbage juice reduces acid in the stomach and restores the cells of the stomach. this medicine is certainly one of the best for pain in stomach.

Drink one glass half an hour before meals.

Grated apples

Grated apple let it rest and when it changes color, becoming yellow-brown, eat it. Apple will help to expel toxins from the body and have positive impact on the regulation of intestinal flora.

Chamomile tea towel

A small towel or diaper soaked in a hot and concentrated chamomile tea then squeeze out tea from towel and put on the abdomen. This will calm stomach pain.

If you have stomach pain avoid dairy products, fatty foods, coffee, hard physical work also if the occurrence of cramps coincide with stressful situations, try to avoid stress as much as possible.
