Zucchini soup is very healthy for your stomach. Quick and cheap to cook, this is a traditional recipe.
Zucchini peel and cut into cubes. Bouillon cube dissolved in a 1.5l water.
Fry onions and carrot (cut into slices) until onions get golden brown, then add the zucchini and cook, occasionally pour water with soup.
When the courgettes are softened, all mash and return to boil. In a separate bowl whisk the flour and milk, and pour in the boiling broth. Then add the finely chopped dill and spices to taste, and cook for 10 minutes.
In the finished soup, stir in the cream.
Serve cold or hot.
