To make Winter delicacy you need to foamy egg, sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the remaining ingredients.
In the mixture, add the grated apples, cinnamon sugar, mix everything together and pour into baking pan size 23 × 30 cm.
If you want you can add a tablespoon cinnamon.
In a pre-heated oven bake at 180-200°C about 30 minutes.
