Wine cake is a very old recipe, almost forgotten. Cake have nice and pleasant taste.
Wine, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and honey mix then add all the spices and lemon zest.
Baking powder and flour, mix and gradually add to the previous mixture, all together a good mix. Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon.
In the mold for the cake diameter 24 cm put baking paper. prepare mold with baking paper
Pour the mixture into a mold and bake in preheated oven at 200°C then reduce temperature to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes, again reduce the heat to 150°C and bake for another 15 minutes.
Warm cake brush with jam and leave to cool.
The cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
