Vojvodina spaghetti is a traditional Vojvodina (northern part of Serbia) food. Healthy, nutritious and colorful dish. Try this spaghetti.
In pot we pour a little olive oil, cut garlic into small cubes and fry it in a little oil to release the aroma and juice. Add tomatoes, pate, sesame butter and on diced chopped herb cheese. All together we cook for 10 minutes, then add the nuts and polenta, stir constantly with wooden spoon to prevent them crumbled.
During cooking, add water, which regulates the density sauce. At the end of cooking add the finely chopped parsley.
Spaghetti put in 3 liters of water, which we salted and poured a few drops of oil. Cook 8-10 minutes, strain and serve topped with sauce.
