Wash and peel apples then cut apples into slices. (approximately 2 cm thick)
Whisk eggs and sugar, then add the baking soda, oil, cinnamon and vanilla and stir in the flour. Fold in the walnuts and apples.
Grease and flour 20×31 cm baking pan. Pour mixture in previously prepared baking pan and bake in oven for 50-60 minutes.
Vojvodina apples serve at room temperature.
