Traditional cheese appetizer

Traditional cheese appetizer is quite simple, but tasty and caloric, for those who do not keep a diet.

In the southern parts of Serbia  traditional cheese appetizer is very popular.

From flour and water make a little thicker dough for pancakes, add salt and baking soda. Coat a baking dish with butter and in a baking pan put a crust thickness of 2.5 cm and bake at 200.

When the dough starts to a brown color, remove the baking dish from the oven then brush dough with butter and put fresh dough over it, again thickness 2.5 cm. Repeat this process until you have a dough.

When all the dough is baked leave a few minutes to cool and then chunk dough into small pieces 

Put the pan 200 g butter and warm it then put the cheese and mix that all together.  With that pour over the dough and once more mixed.

Traditional cheese appetizer served hot with fresh tomato.
