Sweet semolina is easy to cook . This delicacy comes from the Greek. it’s very tasty, your kids will love it, I now that I love this cake. 🙂
First make a sweet semolina syrup. In the water, put the sugar, lemon peel (try to buy organic), cinnamon stick and cloves, and cook about 5 minutes, whan it is boil, remove aromatic additives.
In a deep saucepan put the oil to heat and pour into it a semolina, after 2 minutes add the almonds and sesame seeds and fry them until golden brown.
Remove the pan from the heat and carefully pour syrup in pan, cook more at a low heat until all syrup not drink by semolina.
Pour the mixture into molds and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Sweet semolina serve hot or cold.
