Strong breakfast

Strong breakfast is a healthy and caloric breakfast or lunch.

You may not be of those who eat your breakfast, but know that breakfast is an important for health. especially for people who working on difficult and exhausting jobs. For that reason prepare yourself one Strong breakfast.

Heat up the oil on medium. Add minced onion and brown it.

Add ground meat, and simmer it for 5-10 minutes until meat is pinkish, and releases its juices. If you don’t like the meat juice, strain it out and add a little bit of water to replenish the fluid. Otherwise, keep the juices in.

Add paprika and salt and pepper, mix well and simmer for another minute or two.

Make “holes” in the meat that’s in the pan and break eggs into each as if you were making a sunny side up. Cover the pan with a lid, and simmer 3-4 minutes.

Strong breakfast serve hot and with a glass of fresh juice.
