Spicy peppers spread is typical Balkan dish, spread throughout the peninsula.
Bake the peppers and peel, remove the rind and seeds. Cut peppers into very small pieces.
Tomato scalded with hot water and cleanse skin then grid the tomatoes.
Put in a large pot tomato, vinegar, salt, sugar, oil and cook for 15 minutes then add the paprika, pepperoni and garlic, cook for 50 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars.
Store in a dark, cool place.
