To prepare Sauerkraut soup melt the butter, then add the chopped onion and fry about 5 minutes. Add mashed garlic and red pepper, and leave a few minutes to cook. Sprinkle with flour, stir and leave for 3 minutes.
Add the broth and mix with wire for whipping all the way at the bottom. Add dried meat, potatoes cut into small cubes, rice, sauerkraut, cumin and bay leaf. Leave to boil for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand 15 minutes, then stir in the cream and remove bay leaf.
Try it and if necessary add salt and pepper.
