Royal steak is one of the best recipes I have ever cooked. This dish is full of flavor and color, a big hit for your lunch.
Deer fillet marinated in pepper, salt and rosemary for 24 hours before heat treatment, refrigerated that is first step to make Royal steak.
File fry on low heat for about five minutes on each side.
The meat removed, and on remaining contents in a warm pan put blueberries and simmer them until they release their juice, add the red wine and after 2 minutes of cooking pour the cream and spices. Cook until you get a creamy sauce and serve it as a base file.
Wash the potatoes and cook in salted water, peel skin potatoes and make a puree.
When the mixture is cool add eggs, oil and spices then knead the dough. Dough roll out to a thickness of 2 cm and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs and fresh cheese. Make roll and thermally treated by cooking wrapped in aluminum foil for 10 minutes. Remove from water, separate the foil and cut into 1 cm thick.
Serve with warm fillet of deer.
