Old cake is a recipe a hundred years old, I got it from an older woman who lives in the countryside. Cake have a nice taste, traditional.
For Old cake crusts mix 6 egg whites, add 6 tablespoons sugar, mix all well, then add 6 egg yolks and a tablesoon of cold water, 2 tablespoons cocoa and 4 tablespoons of flour, at the end teaspoon of baking powder. Bake one and by the same procedure bake one more cake crust. Bake at 170°C about 12 minutes.
For the filling, butter should be mixed with a 10 spoons of powder sugar, stirring add the one by one of five egg yolks at the end add 200 grams of chocolate. Stir with mixer five egg whites in snow. Mix the two mixtures and stir all together. Place the filling in the fridge to harden.
On crust put filling and then put on top second crust.
For the glaze you need: 2 tablespoons of milk, 70 sugar, 60 g of butter and 2 columns chocolate for cooking. First, melt the sugar in milk and let boil, then put in a butter and chocolate. Stir until melted, then with that overflow the cake.
When you cut piece of Old cake on that piece put a lot of whipped cream.
