Nettle sauce

Nettle sauce can serve as a appetizer with eggs and potatoes, but also as a sauce for main dishes. Sauce is quick and easy to cook.

Nettle clean, cover with boiling, salted water and then drain.

In melted butter, add flour, fry briefly then add the crushed garlic and chopped nettles. Stir and pour with milk. Briefly boil and add salt if necessary.

Nettle sauce serve warm with mashed potatoes and scrambled eggs.
