Marzipan with poppy seed rolls
. Measure poppy in a soucepan. Add water,honey, sugar and vanill sugar. Heat it up on stronger fire while stireing untill it boils,then reduce the fire and cooke it on light fire with constant stiring for 7-8 minutes. Take it off the fire, add margarin and stire until it melts. Mix ground cookie and cacao. Cool it down for 10 minutes so it is not hot. Cooled mass transfer to a freezer bag volume of 1l (25×17.5cm). attenuate with rolling pin and leave it in a freezer for 10-15minutes untill it stiffens. in the mean time, prepare marcipan. Transfer marcipan into a freezing bag same dimensions as the one where pappy mass was. Rool it out with rolling pin (IT will be tough). Put out the poppy bag from freezer. Cut the bag by longer edges and separate the top part of the bag. Do the same with the bag with the marcipan. Transfer poppy mass on marcipan and remove bag from the surfase of the poppy mass.
