“Little bit of everything” is very healthy meal for lunch or dinner, easy to cook and delicious. Your family will love this dish.

Meat, bacon, potatoes cut into cubs. Heat the oil and fry onions, bacon. Add meat, pour 1.2 dl of water. Simmer all together for a little while. Add potatoes and rice. Continue simmering. Add vegetables, finely cut parsley, salt and pepper. Pour water to cover the ingredients.

Put casserole in the preheated oven with lid on and bake for 35 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes. Time of cooking 45 minutes.
