Jam vanilla cookies traditional cookies are very tasty. These cakes are often baked in the Balkans for winter holidays.
Make a good mixture of greace, sugar, eggs and yolk. To that mixture add sour cream, then flour and baking powder. Cover with foil and leave in the fridge for half an hour then stire it, leave it to stand and then rool it out. Thicknes should be 5mm. Take it out in circles with a small glass than put on baking paper.and bake it on 200 degresee,but they must remain bright. They are done when the edges are yellow.
Baked vanils daub with a jam and attach two of them together. Blend dusted sugar and vanilla sugar and rool the vanils in it.
They’re great with tea or milk.
