Greece cabbage rolls is slightly different recipe for stuffed cabbage than in the rest of the Balkans, where the cabbage cooked with meat and hot peppers.
The pot in which water has been boiled in which you add a little olive oil, place the leaves of vines and leave on for 3 minutes to soften. Then drain, but do not put the whole amount at once, but a few leaves each time.
Put one onion finely chop and place in a bowl with the other ingredients and a little water (1 cup of water), and all mix well with a spoon. On each sheet put one tablespoon of prepared stuffing and wrap the rolls.
Put the cabbage rolls in a baking pan and add water so that all rolls are covered with water. Season with salt. Cover pan and bake 45 minutes at 200°C.
Serve with yogurt.
