Fried elderflower

Fried elderflower is a little unusual delicacy but try it. Also can be served as an appetizer. Elderflowers are harvested in May, bring your family to the nature and gather flowers.

Elderflowers wash.

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a mixture.

Flowers to dip into this mixture and then fry them in oil until golden brown.

Fried elderflowers serve hot or cold with scoop of ice cream. (if you like)
