Filled pads very tasty appetizer that can be served as a main dish. It is very popular in the northern parts of the Balkan.
Cook the potatoes in the shell. Add cheese, egg yolk, pepper, dill, mix well all together.
Peel the cooked potatoes and mash then add the egg yolks, salt, semolina, flour and knead the dough. Develop dough thickness of 4 mm. Cut it into circles with a diameter of 5 cm, in each circles put the mixture and fold.
Pads cook in salted boiling water for about 15 minutes.
Cooked pads pour with cream and breadcrumbs that you briefly baked in butter.
Filled pads serve hot.
