Domestic walnuts quickbreads is healthy whole wheat bun with nuts. For breakfast can be eaten with yogurt or serve as a bun for sandwiches.
Mix everything together in a bowl, salt, sugar, flour and yeast.
Pour on the warm water and oil. Mix until dough forms. If the dough feels tight, add a little more water until it is soft but not sticky then add chopped walnuts and mix the dough again.
Let rise until doubled in volume, about 90 minutes. Divide into 6 parts (balls), pat into a disc, and roll flat to 7 millimeters each. Let rest for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle a little flour a baking pan and bake at 180°C until golden jewel (a little grease dough with water and oil before baking).
Serve hot or cold.
