Cake boss is a very delicious cake with unusual look. This cake is ideal for your celebration or to enjoy yourself in it. I especially like about this cake, the flavor that gives hazelnuts. For Cake boss first make a mixture for crust with mixer make solid snow of 4 egg whites, gradually adding sugar, hazelnuts, cocoa and a little baking powder. Egg yolks, which we will use for fillings the cakes, arranged in two vessels, in one placed a 4 and in another 8 yolks. Use cake mold for Cake boss diameter of 28 cm and the crust bake separately, one by one, on the baking sheet. Bake 3 crust. Crust is baked for fifteen minutes at 180°C (350°F)
Cake boss fillings:
Mix the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla, add the flour and a little milk separated from half a liter. Put the rest of the milk to a boil and when it boils pour the mixture of egg yolks and cook couple of minutes, until thickened. Cool the mixture. Butter mix with a mixer, then add yellow cream, spoon by spoon, and stir until the mixture is nice and homogenous.

Egg yolks and sugar put in the pot, and cook until the mixture starts to thicken. When the mixture thickens, add chocolate fractured into small cubes, mix until the chocolate melts. On a platter put the ring and the first crust, then third of brown filling. On the brown fil put half yellow filling. Again, put crust, one third brown filling, half yellow filling, and at the end the third crust. Cake put in the fridge for a few hours of cooling. Remove the rim and the side spread with filling from cup.
Cake boss decorate with chocolate balls as shown on pictures, and if want on the side, arrange cookies.
