Balkan pizza is delicious and calorie dish, try it. In the past it was made with dried sheep’s meat. This is very popular in Macedonia.
Knead the dough and allow it to double, then divide the dough into eight balls.
Each ball using rolling pin and hand form as shown in picture. On the dough put meat and butter.
Bake at 180 °C about half an hour. At the end of the baking grease crust dough with oil and put on more 3 minutes baking.
If you want you can pour the egg from above.
Taste best when cooked in the wood burning stove or on barbecue (with lid).
