Ana Salipur, the student of the second year of the “Singidunum University” (The Economy of the Food Program) in Serbia has recently proven that men aren’t better cooks! 🙂
She won a goblet on an International Eastern European Championship in cooking held in Bucharest. She made the best pork dish!
The pork tenderloin stuffed with plums and goat cheese in mushrooms sauce left jury speechless. She was kind enough to share her recipe (*source/zena.blic.rs) Now, we can try making it on our own!
Make tenderloin as thin as possible. Put spices on it, add plums and cheeses and roll. Wrap the tenderloin into a foil and leave it in the fridge for half an hour. After this, put it in the oven and bake for 40 minutes on 200 degrees.
Fry the chopped onion and mushrooms on some butter. When it’s almost done, add cream and cook until the sauce becomes lightly tightened.
Cut the pork tenderloin in half and pour the sauce on it. Enjoy!
