Mediterranean burrito wich you must try

Mediterranean burrito is union of Mediterranean and Mexico in fabulously tasty dish.

On the heated oil fry the chopped onion, add chopped  into cubes paprika and zucchini, garlic, tuna and chopped tomatoes. For Mediterranean burrito use canned tuna in its own oil.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook, stirring occasionally for several minutes.

Place the mixture on a tortilla, sprinkle with a little cheese, roll and place in baking dish. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

To make Mediterranean burrito you must grease a baking dish (6 cm depth, 20x28cm) and place the filled tortillas. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes in preheated oven at 180°C (360°F) or until cheese is golden brown.

Avocados finely cut and add the chopped coriander and a few drops of lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and then mix  well.

Serve baked burrito with avocado sauce.

3 tbsp olive oil
1 onion (80 g)
2 red paprika (150 g)
1 zucchini (200 g)
2 cloves garlic
2 tuna in own juice (2 x 160 g)
4 chopped tomatoes (390 g)
black pepper ground
6 tortillas
180 g grated cheese

Ingredients for sauce:
1 avocado
1-2 tablespoons chopped coriander
2 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
black pepper ground
