Drunken chicken recipe

Drunken chicken is a great recipe for your party, a little different but it is very very tasty dish. Bon appetite!

For  Drunken chicken rub inside and out with little red pepper, and with a tablespoon of dry spices.

Push it on washed beer bottle (remove all labels from the bottles). Then remove the cap (do not forget).

Chicken placed on the beer bottle put in a vertical position in a baking pan. Around the chicken put sliced potatoes, onions, peppers, courgette and tomatoes.

All salt, grease and season with rosemary. Chicken cook by placing the baking pan on the lower grille (to fit in the oven).

Place in preheated oven and bake for about 90 minutes at 200°C (400°F).

Potatoes and vegetables stir occasionally.

Roast chicken, carefully separate from the bottle of beer,

Cut  Drunken chicken and add the roasted vegetables and serve with beer.

1 chicken (1.2 kg)
1/2 teaspoon ground sweet paprika
1 kg of potatoes
1 onion
1 red paprika (150 g)
100 g cherry tomatoes
1  bottle of beer
3 tablespoons oil
