Shopska salad

Clean peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes then cut into square pieces middle-sized. Onions chop in very small pieces and hot paprika cut into rings. Add salt and pepper and stir. 2 hot peppers
200 g feta cheese
salt, pepper, oil, vinegar to taste

Chilly salad

Crumble cheese then add oil, red paprika, pepper and crushed garlic. Mix well and serve with spoon for ice cream. This salad goes great with all meals.

Ingredients:
500 g full-fat cheese
half a cup of oil
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon crushed hot paprika
garlic

Clean the leek, cut lengthwise in half, wash and chop in small strips. Season with salt and mash your fingers. Mix oil with tomato juice, pour over the leeks and stir well. Add a few drops of lemon juice and sprinkle with crushed pepper from above. Let stand in refrigerator for 60 minutes.

Ingredients:
500 gr leeks
1 ounces of tomato juice and minced tomato “in a bottle”
2 tablespoons oil
salt and pepper
