Recipe for best homemade potato salad
First, there are two ways you can store potatoes. When you choose it, the rest is very simple.
If you are not in a hurry, you can wash it well, then boil it, cool it and peel it and cut it into discs or cubes. If you are in a hurry and you do not mind if the potato decomposes slightly (the taste remains the same) you can peel it, cut it and put it to be cooked.
Peel the onions and cut them into thin slices and put in a bowl. Salt and pepper them, pour lemon juice, vinegar, and oil, and let it stand until the potato is cooked.
