Chicken avocado salad is right salad for hot summer days. This salad contains many nutrients, and at the same time feels very good.
To make the chicken avocado salad, first you must put the chicken fillets in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.
Take out the chicken fillets, let it cool, and then cut into cubes.
Put the chicken cubes into a bowl. Peel the avocado and cut into cubes. Wash the lettuce and cut into wider strips. Slice the tomatoes.
Mix everything together and put it in the fridge to cool.
Mix the dried ingredients with a small amount of water, and let it rest for about 5 minutes. Add the oil and vinegar into the mixture.
Chicken avocado salad is served with the prepared dressing.
You can add a little grated carrots and parsley into the water in which you cooked the chicken. Cook on medium heat for couple of minutes. And you will end up with a delicious and a light chicken soup.

400 g jaggy salads
100 g sweet corn
Chicken avocado salad dressing:
50 ml of water
50 ml olive oil
4 tablespoons cider vinegar
