Greek potato tasty hot appetizer or side dish

Recipe for preparation of Greek potato belongs to the recopies that are easily prepared with very little money and which are tasty as a singly meal or as a side dish.

Preparation of Greek potato

Every potato slices on 6-8 pieces. In a glass bowl mix salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and oregano. Pour potatoes in a bowl and mix it all. Fold prepared potatoes on that way that the side with a shell is pointed downward in a mildly oiled baking tray. Bake it on 220 degrees for 35-40 minutes, until the potatoes are soft.

Serve the Greek potato while they are worm as a side dish to a meal or as a hot appetizer.

Ingredients:
600 g of unpeeled potato
2 spoons of lemon juice
3 spoons of olive oil
1 spoon of dry oregano
¼ spoon of milled pepper and salt
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
little oil
