Banana diabetic sweet snacks recipes

Preheat oven to 200 C (380F). Mold grease with little oil.
In a bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg. Other ingredients, mix well and then add the mixture of flour and mix so until it turns into a unique mixture.

Mixture arrange with spoon into the mold for muffins. Bake for 20 minutes until the muffins do not rise up and get golden brown.

250 gr flour
75 g of oat flakes
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2  bananas squashed
1  egg
75 g melted butter
50 g of unrefined sugar
175 g whey or yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg

Diabetic donuts recipes

Mix milk and water, and heated to be lukewarm in this mix yeast and one small teaspoon of sugar. Add oil, Stevia sugar, rum, orange zest, egg and stir. Now gently knead dough with mixer gradually adding flour until you form a smooth ball of dough. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes in a warm place, covered with the kitchen cloth. When the dough is nicely risen, roll out, form donuts with a glass and bake them in hot oil.

1 egg
150 ml milk
150 ml water
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
3 teaspoon dry yeast
300 g white flour
300 g wholemeal flour
3 tablespoons oil
brandy or rum
a little grated orange
3 tbsp Stevia sugar
oil for frying

Diabetic sweet cakes with banana and apple

Mix all dry ingredients: ground flakes, teaspoon of baking powder, ground hazelnut and spices.

Grated apple mix with the mashed bananas.

Whisk the egg whites in “snow” then add honey and stir it with the egg yolks at the end pour the yogurt, oil and fruits and mix all together.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and the mold (30×20 or less) coated with baiking paper.

Mix together the dry and the wet mixture, pure mixture into the prepared mold.

1 cup (2.5 dl) crushed oats flakes
3 tablespoons ground hazelnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
half a teaspoon cardamom
half a teaspoon of cinnamon
3 eggs
1 dl honey
1 dl yogurt
5-6 tablespoons olive oil
2 small grated apple
1 banana
