Best diabetic pudding recipes

Friut diabetic pudding

Round mold or pan incase with transparent foil. Old bread, cut into thin slices, cut off the crust, put on the bottom and sides of the mold.

Clean and wash the fruit, chop the strawberries in half, a raspberry and blackberry, leave whole. Put half of the fruit to cook, add sugar, juice of one lemon and 4 tablespoons of water. Stir for about ten minutes until the fruit let juice. Add the remaining fruit, stir well and simmer a few minutes.

The finished fruit pudding pure in the middle of bread then covere by slices of bread on top and good press. Place the plate over, press it with something heavy and leave overnight in the fridge to cool.

The finished diabetic pudding flip on a serving platter. Shape with your hands if you need, cut pudding into slices and serve.

Ingredients:
300 g old bread
600 strawberry
300 g raspberries
300 g  blackberry
1 tsp fructose
1 lemon

Hazelnuts diabetic pudding

First you must separate the yolk from the egg white then whip the egg white in the “snow”.

Yolk, butter and fructose mix well then add egg snow, hazelnuts and cinnamon.

Put the mixture into a mold for the pudding and cook by steaming for 20 minutes.

This dessert has 440 calories and plenty of fat because of that do not eat too much.

Ingredients:
20 g butter
20 g hazel
1 egg
1 tablespoon fructose
cinnamon to taste

Diabetic red vanilla pudding

From the 500 ml of milk separate a bit and in that stir pudding powder, remaining milk to put on the fire to boil. When milk boils add the pudding mixture and cook on low heat stirring constantly until it becomes thickened.

Biscuit grind.

In glass cups or bowls first pour 1-2 tablespoons of biscuits then pour 1-2 tablespoons of pudding and sprinkled with raspberries. Repeat until you have used all ingredients.

Decorate with beaten sour cream without sugar.

Of course you do not have raspberries you can use strawberries, currants…

Ingredients:
1 DietFit vanilla pudding
500 ml milk
fresh raspberries
150 g biscuits

Rice pudding

First in milk pour fructose.

Wash the rice and cook for 10 minutes in water then pour the milk in water. Cook with constant stirring until it thickens.

When the rice pudding is cooked sprinkle it with cinnamon.

Leave the pudding to cool and then you can serve it.

Ingredients:
250 ml water
250 ml skimmed milk
2 tablespoons fructose
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

Cauliflower diabetic pudding

In whipped butter, add salt, egg yolks, milk, flour, pepper and shredded parsley. All the ingredients mix well, add cauliflower and egg snow whites. Pour into with butter greased and sprinkled with bread crumbs mold. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes. (at medium temperature)

Pudding decorated with thin sheets of ham, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with a slice of black bread.

Cauliflower have large amounts of fiber because it can be difficult to digest especially for people with gastric and intestinal diseases.

This pudding can also serve as a main dish.

Ingredients:
400 g cauliflower
50 g butter
4 eggs
4 tablespoons of skimmed milk
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon crumb
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
100 g smoked ham
salt
pepper
200 g of black bread
