Banana roll

For all you candy lovers and funs here’s one extra tasty candy – a banana roll.

This is a cake that’s easily and quickly made and doesn’t cost much. There are dozens of recipes for banana roll but today we chose a few best!

Recipe No1


Step 1 – You need to make a crust. Mix 7 egg whites until you get a foamy mixture. Add 7 spoons of sugar and mix until the sugar is melted completely. Then add 7 yolks and mix again until the color is equal. Add 4 spoons of ground nuts and 3 spoons of flour. Mix everything for about five minutes. Bake this mixture on 220 degrees for 15 minutes. Once the crust is yellowish, slightly firm – it’s done. Take it out and roll in wet cloth.

Step 2 – Make filling. Stir 6 spoons of flour into a little milk. Add 7 spoons of sugar and vanilla and cook into a 1/2l milk. Use additional milk; don’t take away from this amount. You should pour it when the milk is lukewarm and mix until it’s done, all the time.

Step 3 – When the filling is cold, add previously stirred butter and 250g of ground nuts. Use a half of the filling to grease the crust.

Step 4 – Put 6 bananas in the middle of the crust, 4 up and 2 down and roll.

Step 5 – When it’s rolled, grease with the rest of the filling and sprinkle it with nuts. Your banana roll is ready. Enjoy!


  • 7 eggs
  • 7 table spoons of sugar
  • 4 table spoons of ground nuts + 250g of ground nuts + 50g of nuts
  • 3 table spoons of flour
  • 1/2l of milk
  • 3 packages of vanilla sugar
  • 250gr of butter
  • 6 bananas

Recipe No2

Banana roll without baking


Mix butter and powdered sugar well, until you get equal stir. Add greased apple, dry, without apple juice and 3 mashed bananas. Make equal mixture and shape it on the foil.

Add 4 bananas on the longer edge and roll. Put it in your fridge. You can add cream or melted sugar on top of this banana roll to complete the taste.


  • 250g of butter
  • 300g of ground cookies
  • 150g of powdered sugar
  • 4 apples
  • 7 bananas
  • 100g of chocolate
  • 1 – 2 table spoons of oil

Recipe No3


Crust: Mix 5 egg whites until you get foamy stir. Add sugar and mix until the sugar is melted completely. Then add yolks and mix until you get equal color. After this add flour and cocoa. Bake in the oven on 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Let it get cold.

Filling: Cook pudding with flour and sugar in milk. It’s easy; follow the instructions on the pudding package. When it’s cold, add well – mixed butter and sugar. Split in half. One half stays whole; in the other you add 2 spoons of cocoa. Grease one half of the crust with white filling and one with dark filling. Put two bananas in the middle. Roll and grease over the rest of the filling. You can add chocolate on top.

  • 1/2l of milk
  • 2 table spoons of sugar
  • 1 vanilla pudding
  • 1 table spoon of flour
  • 125g of butter
  • 150gr of powdered sugar
